There are two basic emotions: 1) Fear 2) Love. All other emotions derive from a fear based thought or a love based thought. Jealousy, anxiety, depression, anger, hate…are examples of derivatives of Fear. Love based emotions are peace, joy, compassion…which of course result in a much happier life.
If you were to take inventory of your thoughts and emotions, which force drives you the most: Fear? or Love? Your outer world is a reflection of your inner world, so be honest…are you happy with your life or could you stand to shift over to a more Love centered way of living?
